Professional biography

I am a first year PhD student student at the Open University.

Research interests

My PhD project is reconstructing Indian Summer Monsoon driven productivity and stratification changes during the Plio-Pleistocene, using sediments from two sites drilled during IODP expedition 353 to the Bay of Bengal.  I will be applying a multiproxy approach including isotope analysis of planktic and benthic foraminifera, XRF scanning and coccolithophore morphometric and assemblage data.
