PhD Recruitment Timetable

A typical timetable for the recruitment process, for the standard October start, is as follows, however applications can be made throughout the year and in some circumstances, studentships can start at other times of the year:


•  Assess enquiries/applications and fix interview dates (January-February)

•  Shortlist from first set of applicants (February)

•  First interview day (February/Early March)

•  Second shortlist (March)

•  Second interview day (Late March)
