Partnership opens up union learning opportunities

Trade unionists across Scotland can access skills and training thanks to a partnership with the OU. The Scottish Trade Union Congress (STUC) and the OU in Scotland signed a Memorandum of Understanding, setting out a range of collaborative activity.
