To set the line spacing of text in Word
- Highlight the text and Select Format > Paragraph.
- The Paragraph dialog window opens.
- Click on the dropdown arrow by the Line spacing field.
- Select appropriate line spacing e.g. 1.5 lines.
- Click the OK button.
