To set the line spacing of text in Word

  1. Highlight the text and Select Format > Paragraph.
  2. The Paragraph dialog window opens.
  3. Click on the dropdown arrow by the Line spacing field.
  4. Select appropriate line spacing e.g. 1.5 lines.
  5. Click the OK button.
