Printing a web page
You can print most web pages by using your browser's 'Print' button, which commonly looks like the icon on the right.
Alternatively, using Internet Explorer you can do the following:
- Press Ctrl and P together on your keyboard or go to File and then Print. (In both cases, you will be presented with a box that looks like the image below)
- Providing your printer is set up correctly, clicking the Print button will print your web page.
Print previews
You can preview pages before you print them to see how everything will fit onto the page, by going to File, then Print Preview. To exit the Print Preview screen, click on the 'Close' button or the 'X' in the top right of the window. For more information see the 'Resizing a window' section.
