Setting your home page
You can choose any page for your browser to link to when it opens. You might want to use a page that you go to often, such as a news page, the OU's StudentHome page, or the site for your favourite sports team.
How to store a home page
The easiest way is to browse to the page you want to use, then click on
- Tools, then
- Internet Options
- In the window that opens, click the Use Current button, then
- click OK at the bottom of the window. Whenever you use your browser in future it will open to that page.
An alternative way is to repeat steps 1 and 2 above and then type the URL (web address) of the page in the window's 'Address' bar, then click OK.
