For those among you who are more confident in the use of your PC then the following options may be a lot quicker for you:

Option 1.

(a.) Go to the folder where your document\s are saved.

(b.) Find the files you want to zip.

(c.) When you have found them hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and then Left click on each file with your mouse so that each is highlighted.

(d.) Now, with your mouse hovering anywhere over the highlighted files, Right click and from the menu choose 'Send To' and then choose 'Compressed Zip Folder'.

(e.) You will now see a new yellow folder (which has a .zip extension) that is either called New Folder or it may have the name of one of your files.

(f.) All you have to do now is to Right click on the new zip folder and choose 'Rename' and rename it to what you wish i.e. 'Your PI no' 'TMAxx' 'Course'.

(g.) Finally log into your Student Homepage, click on the Online TMA\ECA Service link and submit your TMA to our system.


Option 2.

Follow the above procedure until you reach (c.).

(a.) Now, instead of highlighting all files, just Righclick on one file and choose 'Send To' and then 'Compressed Zip Folder'.

(c.) You will now have a Yellow Zip Folder containing that one file. If you have further files to add you can simply Drag and Drop or Copy and Paste them into the Zip Folder.

(d.) Now, to finish, just follow the instructions from point (f.) above.
