Wales TUC Learning and Education Services Stakeholder Conference - July 2008
Wales TUC hosted the second annual stakeholder conference on 7 July 2008 at the City Hall, Cardiff.
The morning comprised of presentations, lively debate and keynote speeches aimed at linking all learning partners in Wales and showcasing the achievement of Unionlearning.
The afternoon was dedicated to the Wales union learning fund project managers and networks for excellence forum.

Cross Border Openings Conference
Dublin, Thursday, 22 May 2008,
The Conference was held in Dublin and it was organised by the Open University in Ireland, the Irish Congress Trade Unions (ICTU) and the Centre for Cross Border Studies as part of the Cross Border Openings Project. The conference agenda had a practical focus, concentrating on the dissemination and sharing of good practice and on the particular contribution that can be made by trade unions.
