The OU Orchestra is an amateur orchestra, based at the Open University, Milton Keynes. We usually rehearse on Friday lunchtimes, 12:45 - 13:45 in the Hub Theatre (formerly Old Lecture Theatre), conducted by Hugh Molloy. Staff, students & people living or working nearby who can attend rehearsals are welcome to join us (see vacancies). We play a broad range of symphonic and other music.

Next Rehearsal

The schedule is available at Orchestra rehearsals and on the separate online rehearsals register. Please check these regularly, as venues and times may change at short notice, and ensure the register is up to date with your availability.

Details of key concert preparation rehearsals are published as far in advance as is possible to ensure players can book and prioritise them in their diaries. . Members are strongly encouraged to attend these events.
