REHEARSAL DETAILS
Information about attendance is maintained on the online orchestra register. Contact Tim (t.j.hunt) about access to this, and please ensure you update your availability on it. Alternatively let David (d.g.massey) know about any rehearsal you can't make. Do ensure any borrowed music is returned before any missed rehearsal. Please bring a music stand to rehearsal, and help to set up or clear away before or after rehearsal is always appreciated.
Rehearsals designated as key events are highlighted below, to ensure members are able to prioritise attendance at these events in their diaries.
All rehearsals are Friday in the Hub Theatre (formerly OLT) from 12:45 to 1:45 (unless shown otherwise).

WHERE TO FIND US
Maps of the OU campus - the Old Lecture Theatre is in the middle of campus, just north of Walton Hall. St. Michael's Church is in the south west corner of campus. The church car park is the most convenient for both.
