The Open University is the UK’s largest university, a world leader in flexible part-time education combining a mission to widen access to higher education with research excellence, transforming lives through education. The university would not be successful without staff committed to students’ success and being a part of the OU family.

Delivery of expert advice with a focus on the perspective curriculum area and the associated Faculty, whilst also providing some advice across all curriculum areas within the aligned SST when appropriate.

The unit is responsible for the delivery of frontline services to students along with the ‘back office’ functions required to ensure that student support is delivered in an efficient and timely manner that meets appropriate quality standards.
