The first of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alumni.nottingham.ac.uk\/NetCommunity\/Page.aspx?pid=2642&amp;chid=25\" >381 day <\/a>students and 623 evening students who started their studies when, on 30<sup>th<\/sup> June 1881 Nottingham University College (now\u00a0 The University of Nottingham) opened its doors, Eliza, then aged 24 would be 154 today, 20<sup>th<\/sup> June.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re still looking for alumni tales of starting studying with the OU.
