\"Student<\/a>Finding the right career path can make you feel a bit like a caterpillar \u2013 slow and small in a world much bigger than you where everything seems a bit hairy and scary. Don\u2019t worry, you\u2019re not alone, this is often the case for students at the \u2018Discover\u2019 career readiness stage<\/a>. We should also not underestimate caterpillars. They are highly determined creatures that can teach us a thing or two about life\u2026and careers.<\/p>\n

Here are some steps to guide your career metamorphosis, to help you to make career choices and find your wings. The quotes are what OU \u2018Discover\u2019 stage students really tell us.<\/p>\n

1. Discover your path<\/h3>\n

You may have few ideas about the career or study path you want to take, or none at all at this stage, and that is OK. This is where we can help.
