At the same time, you\u2019ll study a complementary subject that suits your needs and interests, equipping you to generate ideas and address problems in various settings. The design modules feature online design studio spaces, social networking, inspiring study materials, and practical components. You\u2019ll follow either the BA or BSc route, depending on your interests and aspirations.<\/p>\n<p><em>Stages 1 and 2 of this degree are the same as our Diploma of Higher Education in Design and innovation (W73). Stage 1 is the same as our Certificate of Higher Education in Design and innovation (T37).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>++Insert video of Q61 degree show an overview of modules with feedback from students<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Design and Innovation (Q61) design modules<\/h3>\n<p>Common to both the BA and BSc routes are three design modules that you take at each stage of the qualification:<\/p>\n<p>Stage 1 Design Thinking (code U101)<\/p>\n<p>Stage 2 Design Essentials (code T217)*<\/p>\n<p>Stage 3 Innovation: Designing for Change (code T317)**<\/p>\n<p>Alongside these three design modules are a number of different subject pathway routes that allow you to enhance your design learning with other discipline knowledge. Subjects range from engineering, environment and business to arts, health and wellbeing.
