Lowe,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/techbeacon.com\/project-management-surefire-way-kill-your-software-product\" target=\"_blank\" >Project management: A surefire way to kill your software product<\/a>, which discusses<span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\"> management practices applied to software development.\u00a0Although Lowe&#8217;s focus is software, the discussion can easily be applied to\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">management processes in any creative industry. Much of the narrative will be familiar\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">to anyone who has tried to be creative in a heavily managed\u00a0context. Lowe&#8217;s\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">key argument is that the usual metrics of good management &#8211; <strong>predictability<\/strong> and <strong>efficiency<\/strong> &#8211; are not at all appropriate when applied to the management of creative processes.
