It brings together symposiums in many countries as well as a virtual network environment (<a href=\"http:\/\/Encuentro.Educared.org\">Encuentro.Educared.org<\/a>) for large-scale discussion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.2.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-116\" src=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.2-300x169.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.2-300x169.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.2.webp 740w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ale Okada was a keynote at the final event on the 12-13th November in Madrid with an audience of more than 700. Okada presented \u201cKey competences for co-learning and co-inquiry in the digital age,\u201d describing a case study about Telefonica&#8217;s Conference Portal (<a href=\"http:\/\/Encuentro.Educared.org\">Encuentro.Educared.org<\/a>) and weSPOT &#8211; a working environment with social, personal, and open technologies for inquiry-based learning (<a href=\"http:\/\/wespot.kmi.open.ac.uk\">wespot.kmi.open.ac.uk<\/a>). She also facilitated the closing web conference about &#8220;Key Competences for co-learning in open massive environments and Augmented Reality in Education, yesterday, 20th of November.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.3.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-117\" src=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.3-300x225.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.3-300x225.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.3.webp 740w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>More than 50,000 people registered on Telefonica&#8217;s portal, including teachers, parents, head teachers, students, and educators. 5,000 active participants from South and Central America and Spain interacted in discussion forums, chats, web conferences, and social groups.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.4.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-118\" src=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.4-300x225.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.4-300x225.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.4.webp 737w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Conference was organised around nine themes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Society and work;<\/li>\n<li>Technologies and Environments;<\/li>\n<li>Digital Age;<\/li>\n<li>Teaching and learning;<\/li>\n<li>The role of educators;<\/li>\n<li>Changes and Leadership;<\/li>\n<li>Family;<\/li>\n<li>Formal, Informal and Non-Formal Learning;<\/li>\n<li>Vision and Trends.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>More than 80 on-site events were organised over a two-year period for approximately 700 attendees per meeting, including policymakers, journalists, and other institutions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.5.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-119\" src=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.5-300x225.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.5-300x225.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/greenforum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/post23.5.webp 740w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The events attracted 300 international experts, renowned scholars, and education specialists worldwide such as John Moravec, Judi Harris, Richard Gerver, George Siemens, Alejandro Piscitelli, Roger Schank, Alberto J.
