She developed a CPD model based on Social Network and Knowledge Mapping to foster ICT skills to enable the (re)construction and sharing of knowledge by disadvantaged youth of Telecentros in Brazil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-6gdnv\" class=\"-Zro6 -ZADH IjV6v AnCKd _57WYp\"><span class=\"d0767\">This study was developed at the Open University &#8211; Knowledge Media Institute under the supervision of Dr. Okada. Dr. Pinto is graduated in Pedagogy at the Catholic University of Salvador &#8211; Bahia and holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Education and Contemporaneity at the University of Bahia (UNEB) and a Doctoral degree at the Federal University of Bahia &#8211; Multidisciplinary Postgraduate Programme in Knowledge Diffusion (DMMDC-UFBA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-ca52k\" class=\"-Zro6 -ZADH IjV6v AnCKd _57WYp\"><span class=\"d0767\">Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at the University of Bahia. She coordinated a project on digital literacy with young people at Telecentros.BR, which is a program of the Federal Government of Brazil whose aims focus on digital inclusion and social innovation for disadvantaged learners. She was a visiting pos-doctoral researcher at the Knowledge Media Institute &#8211; Open University &#8211; UK (KMi-OU) and examined students&#8217; argumentation during ENGAGE project under the supervision of Dr. Okada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-7mclo\" class=\"-Zro6 -ZADH IjV6v AnCKd _57WYp\"><span class=\"d0767\">She is currently a member of the COLEARN Open Research Network (KMi\/OU) and was a representative of the Digital Literacy Training Programme of the Secretary of Digital Inclusion of Brazil Government.
