By studying institutions ranging from Vichy\u2019s Organisation Committees to Jean Monnet\u2019s Commissariat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Plan (CGP), Luc-Andr\u00e9 Brunet challenges existing narratives and reveals significant continuities from Vichy to post-war initiatives such as the Monnet Plan and the ECSC.
