The Music Department’s partner ensemble, The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, continues its Southbank Centre season, and its exploration of nineteenth-century repertoire, with a performance on Tuesday 12 April of Mahler’s Second Symphony, the “Resurrection”. Once again, the OU will be taking part in a pre-concert event, with Robert Samuels giving a talk at 5:45 pm in the Clore Ballroom of the Royal Festival Hall.
