The talks will discuss the theory and practice of what we can do to live longer and healthier lives. Each free to attend talk will explore the role of nutrition, hydration, physical activity, cognitive and social stimulation as facilitators of good health and longevity.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout our lifespan to prepare for older age, especially when we are expected to live longer. Dr Vseteckova has put together this easy to follow advice, with the motto \u2018<em>let\u2019s start whilst we still can\u2019<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr Vseteckova said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe need to respect our bodies, even more so as we age.
