AACSB<\/a> has named Open University Business School<\/a> (OUBS) alum Zo\u00eb<\/em> Andre-Lawson in its list of the top 25 influential leaders<\/a> for 2023.<\/p>\n

The prestigious accolade recognises notable alumni from AACSB-accredited business schools whose inspiring work serves as a model for the next generation of business leaders, and the recipients of this year’s honours features individuals defining what it means to be a societal impact leader.<\/p>\n

Zo\u00eb, <\/em>a Senior Scientist for Johnson & Johnson <\/a>and Deputy Director of Education at HBA Europe<\/a>, completed her OU MBA<\/a> with distinction in 2015 and credits it with giving her the skills, knowledge and confidence required for several of her career accomplishments. As well as being a role model for women in STEM, she is a member of several civil society and professional organisations, including The International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering,<\/a> where she is active in the Women in Pharma community. She is also a serving member of the OUBS Alumni Council.<\/p>\n

Professor Siv Vangen, Head of The Open University Business School, said:<\/span><\/p>\n

Zoe Andre-Lawson<\/p><\/div>\n

AACSB is one of the three accreditors that make up the OU Business School\u2019s triple accreditation<\/a> crown (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) a prestigious honour and mark of quality held by only 1% of Business Schools worldwide.<\/p>\n

The AACSB Influential Leader honour has not been awarded to a UK Business School since 2020. The OU Business School last won this award in 2019, with OU MBA graduate Tillmann Henssler<\/a> honoured.<\/p>\n

Now in its eighth year, AACSB\u2019s Influential Leaders spotlight program recognises more than 275 business school graduates who have created lasting impact in business and society. All honorees have earned an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree from one of the more than 950 AACSB-accredited business schools worldwide.<\/p>\n
