Filmed over a year, with unprecedented access to staff and residents, this two-part series follows several families from the beginning to the end of their treatment. They arrive as a family unit; whether they leave as one is up to them.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-5910\" src=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/blogs\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Addicted-parents-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3318\" height=\"2212\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Changing the habit of a lifetime<\/h2>\n<p>Episode one\u00a0focuses on the lives of four mothers who have spent years addicted to drugs \u2013 and have reached the end of the line.
