Since then we have gathered a great deal of data on annual average numbers, types of cases and student characteristics.<\/p>\n<p>In this presentation we will review the existing process for detecting plagiarism and analyse some of the data collected over the last ten years. In particular we will highlight some of the characteristic factors that may lead to an increased likelihood of students plagiarising. However, we will also discuss the complexities of the significance of the data and the issues of trying to assign a cause.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 14<sup>th<\/sup> January 2019, 14:30 \u2013 15:30.
