Online &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong><strong>MS Teams<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/openuniv-my.sharepoint.com\/:v:\/g\/personal\/kb22549_open_ac_uk\/EasLHHrIQPBHv2q1BJBtS2YBtzrKL64EPv2XpUE_rRkryA?e=5sNH9c\">Link to Recording<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Presentations from:<br \/>\n<\/strong>IDEL group \u00a0&#8211; Instructional Design for e-Learning, CLCC<br \/>\nLearning Design Team, Open University<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cindy Bonfini-Hotlosz<br \/>\n<\/strong> Cindy Bonfini-Hotlosz\u00a0is the Chief Executive Officer of Centreity and the co-lead for the Instructional Design for E-Learning (IDEL) working group of the Connected Learning in Crisis Consortium (CLCC). <!--more-->Ms. Bonfini-Hotlosz skillset blends cognitive learning, learning design, and systems thinking with technical and higher ed policy expertise to provide strategic implementation and delivery of curriculum across the globe. She collaborates across government, NGOs, private, and educational sectors to provide high-quality, immersive connected learning. She has overseen the construction of learning centers in eighteen countries, delivering connected learning in extreme low resource contexts. With 20 years of research in transformational pedagogical models, she spearheaded the development of a pedagogical framework that uses design-thinking as a central theme for learner-centered curriculum development. She began her career as a full-time, tenured faculty of Computer Science and continues to teach for Georgetown University in the Masters for Technology Management program. As chief executive officer for Centreity, she leads a passionate team committed to removing barriers to accessing education.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carrie Bauer<\/strong><br \/>\nDr. Carrie Bauer is an instructional designer for Education for Humanity (E4H) at Arizona State University (ASU) and the Co-Lead for the Instructional Design for E-Learning team (IDEL), a working group of the Connected Learning and Crisis Consortium (CLCC). She has extensive experience in leading teams that implement innovative solutions to tackle higher education issues for a diverse set of learners, including spearheading the international team that created and conducted the IDEL training in conjunction with UNHCR and the Ministry of Higher Education for Jordan in 2019, and with the Al Ghurair Foundation for Education in 2021 and 2022.
