ORO Service Update

Hi, I’ve a couple of service issues to report.

Firstly, we’ve had a hike in deposits since the beginning of the new year.  It might take a little longer than usual to make items live – please bear with us as we check these items and make them live.

Secondly, there has been a problem with an update to the ORO server in IT.  This means some browse views (e.g. the author view) haven’t been updated for a week and probably will not be updated for another 2 weeks.  We are working with IT to get this done as soon as possible.

    Just to say that the service should now be back to normal and all the views should be updating regularly, so please continue to deposit your items and submit any change requests via the ORO inbox.
