Higher and degree apprenticeships are becoming an increasingly important way of employers addressing their skills gaps by attracting new talent and developing the skills of existing employees. The Open University offers a range of higher and degree apprenticeships in a number of sectors. Employers are already benefitting from our flexible learning model and long heritage of providing work-based learning over the past 50 years.

David Willett, Commercial Director at The Open University has recorded this welcome to National Apprenticeship Week which runs from 4th to the 8th March.

In our webinar on Thursday 7th March, you can find out how higher and degree apprenticeships can play a vital role in your learning and development strategy by increasing employee retention, engagement and productivity, to future-proof your organisation’s success.
