Regulating the governor: a case of MAD?

Jacqueline Baxter has been invited to write for the School Accountability and stakeholder education (SASE) Project

She wrote about the trends that have impacted the changing role and responsibility of school governors today, and the potential dissonance between Ofsted frameworks for inspecting school governance and the ad hoc, experimental approach to governance often favoured by schools themselves.
