New Vacancy - Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow

We wish to appoint a Senior Research Fellow/Research Fellow to work as part of CPRL. This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher to join an exciting and impactful initiative.

The Research Fellow/ Senior Research Fellow (grade dependent on skills and experience) is a two-year post which will conduct high quality research relevant to policing on a project called “Mobilising Change in Police Learning & Development (L&D)” and forms part of the CPRL team. The project is undertaking action research to enhance the further professional development of the police workforce through improving the quality of police learning and development departments across the UK policing.  This project has already started so the post-holder will join an existing research team.
