Event: Ethics and Leadership in the Voluntary Sector

Recent months have provided significant challenges for leadership within the voluntary sector. Difficult decisions have had to be made and at times personal and organisational values have come under strain.

In this event we will explore the sometimes fraught relationship between leadership practice and ethics. In particular, we will consider the following themes:

  • How and in what way ethics runs through leadership
  • How ethics concerns both what we do and how we do it
  • How ethics can get lost in organisations and how we might make it matter

The seminar will not provide the ethical answers but offers a space in which we can unearth, discuss, reflect on and respond to the ethical in our leadership practice.

Join us on Friday 12 December, 12.30 - 14:00 for this live event. The event will be recorded and made available after the event if you cannot join live.
