Even if you are studying full-time, you must apply for a Part-Time Tuition Fee Loan.
Do not apply for a Full-Time Tuition Fee Loan as this cannot be used to pay Open University tuition fees.
Full-Time Tuition Fee Loans are solely for university courses where full-time study is a requirement.
All Open University courses can be studied part-time. Full-time study is optional – it is not a requirement.
5
Student Finance England will give you an 11-digit customer reference number (CRN).
If you do not submit your CRN to your StudentHome account, you will not be registered on your module and you will not be able to start your course.
