Funding options for SMEs

In partnership with Santander Universities, we run an internship programme which supports small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to engage students on short term placements. This flexible scheme is a great way to attract and retain the very best talent.

Who's eligible?

Eligible organisations include companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
Small and medium sized organisations with 250 employees or less, and which have an annual turnover of £50 million or less.
You must be registered and based in the United Kingdom.

What does it involve?

You may recruit up to two interns in each cycle of the programme.
Interns will be paid the real living wage and Santander will fund half of this amount.
Internships can be partially funded for between 4-8 weeks full-time or the equivalent part-time.
