Dr Emma Bolger

Lecturer and Programme Leader, MSc Career Guidance and Development: University of the West of Scotland

Dr Emma Bolger (she/her) is programme leader of the MSc in Career Guidance and Development, at the University of the West of Scotland. Emma’s teaching and research focus on equality and inclusive practice in career development and career decision-making. Alongside this, Emma is external examiner for the Universities of Derby and Huddersfield and has worked as an associate lecture and consultant for the Open University since 2008. Emma is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP), member of AGCAS and sits on the AGCAS Research and Knowledge Committee.
