Fiona Winfield

School Employability Manager, Nottingham Business School: Nottingham Trent University

Fiona Winfield has been School Employability Manager at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University for 10 years, having been a principal lecturer and programme leader prior to that. Before moving into academia, she spent a decade in sales and marketing in the construction industry. She now works closely with many different stakeholders involved in supporting the employability of NBS students, and is also involved with Young Enterprise and Enactus. She has worked in both France and Germany, is a keen linguist and an alumna of NEOMA Business School (France). She is also a Senior Fellow of the HEA, a Green Gown Award winner (Employability 2017) and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
