Dr Victoria Crowe is Senior Careers and Employability Analyst at The Open University.  As a psychology graduate Victoria has worked as a Researcher for the police and a national education programme, as well as a Senior Lecturer in Psychology, leading on research methods and statistics.  Victoria is also a Chartered Psychologist.
