Dr Emma Edwards

Senior Lecturer, University of Wolverhampton Business School

Emma is a senior lecturer in the University of Wolverhampton’s Business School and has worked in Higher Education for around 17 years.  She teaches across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, responsible for several marketing and communications modules.   Emma is also the Business School’s Course Leader for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Certificate and Diploma professional qualifications.

Emma is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Prior to joining the university, Emma worked in the PR industry for almost 10 years, representing a range of public and private sector clients, including large professional services firms and property development companies.

She has an MBA from the University of Aston and has completed a Doctorate in Education, examining the issue of employability within Higher Education, analysing staff perceptions and experiences.
