Viki is the Programme Manager for Executive Education with responsibility for the operational, contractual, financial and relationship management of projects, clients and partnerships. Viki has worked in the Faculty of Business and Law for 5 years, having spent the previous 20 years as a Partnership Manager in OU Worldwide, managing a range of the University’s international partnerships in Africa, Asia, Australasia and the USA. Roma has been Executive Education’s Project Manager since 2016 where she works closely with clients to plan and organise the design, authoring and production of projects. Roma has been with the Open University since 2006 and has gathered extensive experience in module development and the production process of CPD courses. She has a first-class honors degree in Business Information Systems together with the APM certificate in project management.
Hayley is a Client Development Coordinator, supporting both Executive Education’s suite of CPD courses and a variety of client projects. She has been with the Open University since July 2007 working in the Faculty of Education and OU Business School, before joining the Executive Education in 2013. Hayley has also worked in other areas of education including Milton Keynes Local Authority, Adult Continuing Education and secondary schools in both Northampton and Milton Keynes.

She has been with the OU Business School since July 2009 where she was part of the original ELDAS project before it evolved into the Executive Education team of today. Hilary is a senior lecturer with extensive experience of curriculum development and international new business creation. She is currently focussed on leading the academic development of a micro-credential around managing change and organisation development in our digital era, and is also leading the academic development of an extensive suite of CPD courses responding to our future of work skills requirements.
Mike is Associate Director of Learning for OUBS. He joined the Business School in 1997 and between 1998 and 2003 he was closely involved with the design and development of The School's BA (Hons) in Business Studies programme. Rasha is a Senior Lecturer in FBL, a member of CPRL, a Certified Fraud Examiner, Cifas consultant and member of both the Cross Sector Counter Fraud Profession Board at the Cabinet Office, and the ACFE Fraud Advisory Council. She has over sixteen years experience of teaching and researching Fraud, Financial Crime, Forensic Accounting, Corporate Governance, Audit, and Business Ethics in numerous UK universities and in Egypt. Rasha’s research tackles societal and business issues such as accountability and the role of various stakeholders in countering fraud, including auditors, law enforcement, anti-fraud professionals, and regulators. Over the past three years, she has been working closely with law enforcement, regulators, and Cifas to develop online fraud courses and engage in anti-fraud research that enhance the skills of fraud investigators, anti-fraud professionals, and law enforcement in countering fraud (Fraud Investigation Online Course - FutureLearn).
Sarah is a Lecturer in the Department of People and Organisation within The Open University Business School. Sarah has extensive experience of teaching business and management studies across all academic levels. Sarah has particular expertise within the area of degree apprenticeships, and how individual and collective effectiveness can be improved in the workplace given that each work situation is unique. Sarah’s other main area of academic focus relates to how organisational contradictions are lived, and the impact those contradictions have on leadership, behaviour and organisation.
