Issues logging in to Library Search and Athens resources

Update from Openathens: [Apr 15, 10:27 BST] All services are now functioning but we will continue to closely monitor to ensure no further issues occur.

We are currently experiencing an outage at our SSO provider OpenAthens. This will affect the ability to login to LIbrary Search and to access a variety of resources. OpenAthens are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
