Colleagues regularly attend All-Staff sessions on topics such as wellbeing and sustainability. Every year, we take a break from the office to host a Staff Away Day to help maintain our great team working.
We have a range of fun activities throughout the year directed by staff; sweepstakes, informal evenings, yoga classes, and coffee mornings. Many participate in Staff Networks including Proud (LGBTQI+), Go Green (sustainability), OU Stitch, and others.
Our office supports several wellbeing initiatives including designated Mental Health First Aiders, a Cycle to Work scheme, and exercise workshops.

Our beautiful, listed building sits on the corner of Victoria Street and May Street.
Across 3 floors, our office hosts a range of academic and support staff, working together to support the 5,000+ students who study with us. Our office is designed for a collaborative, dynamic, and comfortable working environment.
