Various Core Fitness Exercises

Everyone is Welcome!

You don't have to be an athlete or extreme fitness enthusiast to join us. Everyone starts somewhere. Our Instructor will modify the moves to challenge and support ALL levels, from beginners to advanced, so you get an incredible workout, no matter where you're starting from.

PiYo - combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. We speed it up to make it a great fat burning class with low impact sequences it will leave your body feeling long and lean.

Kettlebell - exercises are a full body workout including core stabilisation. This class is a mixture of cardiovascular and strength training it is a fantastic way to burn calories. We use Kettlebells and bands.

Legs & Abs - this class will sculpt and tone those key areas. A low impact warm up and a range of different exercises each workout to keep the body guessing.

Cardio Kick - is a non-contact mixed martial arts class with a mix of punching and kicking combos. This class will shape and tone the entire body. A high impact class is a great calorie burner to help with weight loss.

Body Blitz - a full body workout using weights and bands, this is a mixed level class.

Wall Pilates - Based on Pilates you may need weights and will require a clear wall.

HIIT - a mix of cardio and weights to increase fitness and strength, great for fat burning.

Pump - a class working on strength using weights.

Stretch and Relaxation - a class to wind down your week, stretch out those tight areas and possibly use a trigger point ball to help release the tension throughout the body and ends with a guided relaxation to ease you into your weekend.
