Hula Fitness Club

Hula Fitness is a fun and relaxed exercise session where you will learn how to Hula Hoop on your waist and learn more than a few hooping tricks!
A great class suitable for all ages and abilities the only pre-requisite is that you can have fun and enjoy yourself.

Hooping is a great exercise and has amazing health benefits including;

  • Improves core strength
  • Increases flexibility
  • Develops balance and coordination
  • Provides a cardiovascular work out
  • Tones the entire body
  • Increases energy
  • Generates joy and laughter
  • Reduces stress
  • Improves self confidence

Fees

Tuesday lunchtime sessions are £3 pay as you go, or £25 for a block of 10
