Digital & Online Violence UK-SK project awarded funding

ObserVAW Directors, Dr Kim Barker and Dr Olga Jurasz, have been awarded nearly £50,000 for their research project on digital and online violence, both at home and in East Asia.

The ‘Digital & Online Violence UK-SK’ project is being funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) through its UK and South Korea connections call.

The 18-month project aims to explore the multi-jurisdictional nature of digital and online violence across the UK and South Korea by examining legal responses in different legal jurisdictions.
