User Experience Designer for the Learning Innovation team at The Open University. I like the use of creative thinking and design to solve problems. I aspire to create designs that empower, enrich and delight people. It’s sometimes good to observe what people do, not what they say.

My previous roles at The Open University have included the visual designs and UX of interactive HTML5 assets for interactive ePubs, iBooks and The Open University's MOOCs on FutureLearn. I've established a visual design styleguide for The Open University's MOOCs on FutureLearn, ensuring accessibility and mainstreaming of MOOC production at the University.

In my previous role of Artworker, amongst many other internal and external design related projects, I had worked as part of a team to paginate The Open University's Prospectuses. I was also part of the OSEP team in the early stages of the VLE redesign to be involved in the User Experience Research processes.
