You are invited to join the 5th Black and Minority Ethnic Early Career Researchers Conference, ‘Moving on up’, hosted online by The Open University and the University of West London.

The conference has been running for four years with the aim of empowering Black and Minority Ethnic Early Career Researchers to stay in academia.

Keynote Speakers

  • Professor Gus John, award-winning writer, education campaigner, consultant, lecturer and researcher
  • Professor Funmi Olonisakin, Vice Principal/President International King's College London

Afternoon workshops will explore wellbeing, mentoring, resilence and leadership.
