Current developments in models for managing inter-organisational relations in complex services, including the nature of barriers to strategic change and approaches to working with these barriers; approaches to managing and consulting to strategic change, bringing together political, cognitive, cultural and psycho dynamic perspectives; the nature and dilemmas of professional leadership; the scholarly and practical contribution of action research in the field of management research.
