Professor Smita Srinivas delivered a keynote entitled 'Global South Classification Challenges in Economic Development' at the National Law School University of India (NLSUI), India's premier law school, on the 13th February 2020. The keynote formed part of an international seminar with the objective of exploring planning approaches and methods. The project is funded by the Urban Studies Foundation and led by Dr Anjali Mohan with EAFIT, Medellin, Colombia.
