The Open University and The Crichton Trust are co-hosting three free workshops in Dumfries, for people who are interested in learning about powerful new problem-solving techniques which achieve real-life results.

'Design thinking' looks at the complete experience of how a service, product or process is delivered. These workshops will introduce and use the 'design thinking' approach to explore different topics and possible solutions.

The workshops will be led by Dr Hilary Collins, lecturer at The Open University, Professor of Sustainable Design at the Sustainable Design School in Nice, and leading author and academic in the field of Design Thinking.

The creative tools and methods you will learn in the workshops can be transferred to the workplace, to groupwork or any situation or environment where you want to engage people to create truly effective solutions and change.

The workshops are all taking place 10.00am- 2.30pm at The Crichton in Dumfries. Lunch will be provided. They are free to attend but places are limited.  Please book by clicking on the booking links below.
