Skills to support a sustainable future text Meeting the challenge of Zero Carbon emissions and the Sustainable Development Goals

This event is open to anyone with an interest in climate action.

This year Glasgow will host experts from across the world at the 26th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 26) United Nations Climate Change Conference.

In the lead up to this globally significant event, The Open University in Scotland, Glasgow Museums, the Environmental Association of Universities and Colleges (EAUC), and Women in Sustainability Glasgow are collaborating with local organisations, groups and individuals to develop ideas that inspire and empower climate action.

We are holding a focus group and want to listen to your ideas, insights and aspirations for achieving rapid change at scale. By using an open approach, we will focus on strengths and skills, to help shape the content of future activities in Scotland.

You will also have the opportunity to hear from leaders about their approach to the climate emergency and how we can work collaboratively to make an impact.

Light refreshments will be provided throughout the afternoon.

To register and view the event programme, please go to the Eventbrite page for Skills to support a sustainable future.
