Hassan Sheikh is the Head of Systems Development team at the Open University (OU) UK Library. His role is the technical lead on several internal and external projects. His research interests include developing mobile library services, shaping up the strategy for library systems, usability and user interface design, programming and database design, enabling interoperability between different systems, and tracking website user behaviour.
