TELSTAR is one of 21 projects funded under the UK Higher Education Joint Information Systems Committee's Institutional Innovation Programme (Phase 2 - Large-scale Institutional Exemplars). The Project is being led by the Open University Library, who are working with Open University Learning and Teaching Solutions and RefWorks.
