A new book has been published by Routledge in their Music and Screen Media Series called Music in the Western: Notes from the Frontier. Edited by Kathryn Kalinak, it features a chapter by OU Music Lecturer Ben Winters about Dimitri Tiomkin’s score for the 1960 film “The Unforgiven.”
